Suggestions to The Government of INDIA
1. Implementation of 24*7 proposal.[
To boost employment & Domestic Consumption].
2. Steps to promote Digital India:
2.1. Online Voter ID facility has been started by
NVSP but the BLO’s of different areas don’t go for field verification &
They cancel the online request.
2.2. Online Learning License/Driving License digital payment is not possible (except UP).
2.3. UPSRTC Buses run for some routes but the Online Ticket Booking is not
possible for the same.(Like Gorakhpur - Allahabad).
2.4. Any type of education fees is to be accepted in Digital mode.
2.5.
Remove all the digital transaction charges.
3. High usage of Renewable Energy:
3.1. Ensure:
3.1.1. Use of CNG/Electric/Solar Powered Vehicles as
much as possible even for Public Transportation.
3.1.2. Cheap Solar Panels.
3.1.3. Cheap Electric Vehicles.
3.1.4. Increase the Indirect Taxes on purchase of Private Generators.
4. Pollution Control measures specially for DELHI:
4.1. Complete Shut Down of BHADARPUR THERMAL POWER
STATION and Other Power Plants, with NO fly ash transportation from plant. The
time has come when Delhi Gov. should purchase electricity from other states
[BHADARPUR THERMAL POWER STATION only
produces 8% of City’s electricity and produces 80-90% of Pollution].
4.2. Extension of Gov. Buses & Metro Routes in & outside Delhi as
much as possible. (Even to nearby States like UP & Hariyana etc.)[This will
help to decrease the number of private vehicles on road at a time.]
4.3. Permanent BAN on Selling & Using SMOKING Products & FIREWORKS(Crackers).
4.4. Permanent Ban on setting fire on Garbage & Agricultural Land.
4.5. Complete Ban on burning wood, crop residue, cow dung & Coal for
household and cooking purpose.
4.6. All the new Gov. offices/departmentments
should be opened outside congested Delhi.[This will help in de-congestioning. As
delhi is already a overcrowded State.]

“IF EVEN AFTER
THESE MEASURES THE POLLUTION COULDN’T BE CONTROLLED THEN WE HAVE AN ULTIMATE
SOLUTION THAT THE CAPITAL OF INDIA MAY BE CHANGED ALSO.”
5. Tax Revenue:
5.1. No Rebate u/s 87A is to be allowed
from Casual Income.
5.2. No c/f of losses u/s 115BBE should be allowed.
5.3. No Exemptions to Slaughter houses from GST.
5.4. No Exemptions Sec 10(34) of Income Tax should be allowed.
5.5. Most of the Deductions u/s 80 of Income tax should be allowed only if the expenses
made in digital mode.
5.6. Increase the GST Base by including:
5.6.1. Stamp Duty on Property
5.6.2. Fuel
6. Subsidised Ration should be provided
to only BPL/LIG families.
7. People who are found guilty in
any court/tribunal/fast track court/such other judicial body whether
HC/SC/Lower Courts for any of the serious criminal case like Rape, murder,
kidnapping etc should be disallowed from the following until they are
proved innocent in the same case by any other judicial body.
7.1. Any type of Direct Government
Subsidy.
7.2.Reservation.
7.3.Obtaining DIN(to become
director of a company).
7.4.Any benefit of Income Tax(for
example rebate/Marginal relief/deduction/exemption etc) or in any other Law.
7.5.Incorporation of a Company.
8. Judiciary Reform: [A large no. of cases are pending in all the Courts which seems to be solved at Infinite time by the current Judiciary System due to Non Availablity of enough courts/Judges]
8.1.Fast Track Special Courts for
the cases related to
8.1.1. GST
8.1.2. Rape Cases
8.1.3. Foreigners/tourists.
8.1.4. Government should make an Special
Court for each new Big Law they wish to implement. So that the existing load on
the Judiciary could be easily reduced & no additional heavy load of cases
arise just because of implementation of the any New Law.
8.1.5. For the solution of current cases The CJI should recommend the Government to make Special Courts/Tribunals on the basis of the Large No. of Cases which are pending to any particular Topic/Issue/Act. In the same way as we have NCLT(For cases related to Companies), Tribunal of Motor Vehical Accident(To hear the related issues) etc.
9. Change Most Favored Nation Status
of INDIA in favour of Nepal (Currently it is in favour of PAKISTAN).[As the PAKISTAN is all the time involved in the TERRERIST ACTIVITIES]
10. Start Reducing Reservation
in National Interest:
10.1.
Fix the Maximum limit of Income(For
ex: 25Lacks) of Guardians above which the Reservation to the whole family
should not be allowed.[In this way the benefit of reservation will reach the
needy people. And can be reduced easily.]
10.2.
Children of Government Employees & Public Representatives. (MP/MLA/Gram
Pradhan etc.)
11.Common Civil Code for all (Ham
2 Hamare 2).
THIS PROPOSAL WILL BE SENT TO THE GOVERNMNENT OF INDIA. SUGGESTION ARE INVITED TO IMPROVE IT.
